If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to refund, replace, or exchange any item within 7 Days of its purchase through our simple, hassle-free return process. 

We kindly request that any jewelry intended for return or refund be in unused condition and accompanied by all original accessories, mirroring the way it was sent to you.

Simply contact our Customer Service department via email at cservice@voiceoverjewelry.com to obtain a RETURN/EXCHANGE AUTHORIZATION NUMBER AND RETURN ADDRESS.

Please write this number on your return label. Packages received without this number are subject to a restocking fee.

Return merchandise via insured shipment

Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost for returns or exchanges.

We recommend using a courier service such as Canada Post, FedEx, or UPS for returns. Additionally, we advise purchasing insurance and/or tracking services to protect against potential damage or loss during transit. The returned item must be new and unused and must be shipped with all of its original packaging and enclosed materials, otherwise you will not get full refund.

Receive your refund

As soon as we have received the returned merchandise, we will gladly refund you the full purchase price of the product. We will refund the purchase price in a payment method equivalent to the method used for purchase. Please allow up to 15 business days for your credit to be processed and issued.
